LOVE this studio. I am a beginner but have always felt comfortable in this studio and I have tried out several. The heated classes are the best. Not many studios do this around the area. The instructor has always been sweet and helpful. I feel so much better after each session. Also the cold compress at the end with lemongrass is amazing!

The best yoga studio in Delaware. Never disappoints. Honestly, this place is sacred ground! See for yourself!

A few classes down the instructors are so nice and patient. It's also clean relaxing and smells great. They have made me want to continue going there even though it's a bit of a drive

Great yoga studio! Went to yoga and pilates here while visiting the area. That.Pilates class was super fun! Instructors are a perfect combination of alignment instruction and freedom. GO!
